US Road Trip 2024 – Day 5
Day 5: Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls
In distance terms, I guess I’ve reached the halfway point of the trip.
A leisurely run up Highway 15 for 220+ miles and across the state line from Utah into Idaho via stop offs for coffee in Ogden, breakfast in Tremonton, a quick stroll around Malad City and a brief dip at Lava Hot Springs.
The day saved the best until last with the location of my Best Western Driftwood hotel right next to the stunning falls on the Snake River in Idaho Falls.
Simply simply luvleh.
And now there’s an outdoor pool in the garden…😎 And locally caught trout to die for ..
