Still trying to come to terms with the news received from home yesterday about the tragic loss of a lifelong fishing buddy.

The best way to try and get a little modicum of positivity about life was a morning stroll in the park away from the crowds. Tranquil Frognerparken followed by a walk through affluent Frogner on the way back and a coffee stop at Paleet.

The park is located in the central West End borough of Frogner and is Oslo’s largest park. Surprisingly, it is the most visited tourist attraction in Norway.
