Welcome to Quy Nhon. Great to see a packed press conference this morning.

I took advantage of a quiet afternoon on the work front to take a stroll around the city before the on-water racing ramps up.

I even got badly trodden on and mauled by a fiercely strong masseuse in the hotel spa.

After a long day, night and day – 27 hours and three flights to the opening round of the UIM-ABP Aquabike and round two of the UIM F1H2O World Championships.

It’s a good job I had my other passport with me, apparently Vietnam would not have been happy with a 3mm split in one of the pages on the other one.
